Beautiful Golden Cage

Big wonder of life. Luxurious life, more money , good job, marriage with beloved ... etc ... etc ... etc I mean if everything is going fine in your life and that too always then I feel it will be life like a parrot in golden cage. Just had a thought on this. I was chatting with one of friend and discussion started with onsite jobs. i.e jobs abroad where you can earn more money. If you look at facebook , twitter all Indians who are settled abroad are connected to India in one or other way. Well topic over here is what if everything is smoothly in your life and still you think that there is something big, good , real charm missing in life then I think you and I are on the same page. But what if everything is not going smoothly in your life. You are always having hard luck then I think it is the time to find that "real" thing in life. Well life is mixed with good time and bad time. huh.. that is what everybody says. Actually it is not good nor it is bad. We put label on it. Well I have started searching that "real" thing , at least I am on the path.

After a long time I was blessed to attend the AMC in Bangalore Ashram. Since the day I entered in AOL, I was very curious to visit Bangalore ashram. I was having this wish in my mind since long to do AMC in Bangalore ashram. It was an amazing experience. Though it was my first visit to ashram I never felt that I am at new place. One more beautiful part was that Hindi Ashtwakra discourses by Guruji are going on and I got the golden opportunity to attend those. You go in bliss when a Master is in front of you. Well really I think it cannot be explained by words. What is the importance of Master’s grace in our life? Well I think it is a thing that needs to be experience and I think one cannot express it in words. What is the need of Guru in life? Guruji answered if you need an answer that means you need someone who have to give you the answer and that anyone who gives the answer automatically becomes a Guru. Advanced course works like purifier. It purifies your mind, thoughts, body and brings back to our original nature. We lose innocence as we grew older and to bring it back to its original state mediation, yoga, sudarshan kriya etc. are must. Reading knowledge and living knowledge are really two different things. Many people read knowledge but to implement it in practical life is what important. I think awareness in every moment is important. Observing yourself (I mean thoughts, sensations and offering to divine) every moment is at most important.
The relation between a Master and devotee is so beautiful. Five days of AMC was absolute joy. Rishi Vidydharji took the course and Guruji also took couple of sessions. Well the most important part was last day when Guruji met everyone. Everyone was so eagerly waiting for Him. When I met Him it was a moment of bliss. For me those were the most beautiful and important moments of my life. There is one beautiful sufi song by Kailash Kher which Rishiji played on i-pod.

Afer a long sudarshan kriya session , Guruji sings a shlok from Shri Ramcharitmanas. I was not knowing that is from Shri Ramcharitmanas abd I was searching it from so long. Finally I got it. The meaning is so beautiful. Here it is with english meaning -

After a long time geing a chance to post something nice over here.

I am always been a fan of shayri, sufi shayri. Especially the sufi shayri is my all time favorite. It brings you closer to divine. Shayari or poetry has to be in such way that it uplifts your soul. Poetry done by our saints like Kabir, Meerabai is so much beautiful.

Here is one beautiful line from one forward email -

Mohabbat ek aihasanso ki woh pawan kahani hai , kabhi Kabeer diwana tha kabhi Meera diwani thi , yaha sab log kahate hai mere ankhho me aansu haijo tu samaje to moti hai aur jo tu nasamje to pani hai.

Valentine Day

Well this year I really celebrated Valentine's Day. For AOLits celebration is in every moment , there is no doubt in it but still this year it was much pleasant and sepcial for me. Many times I think to love someone is not easy as it seems. Hey hold on to love someone means to love someone unconditionally, truly, without expecting anything in returns. I received a greeting card sent by AOL office and Guruji's message is very beautiful. He said that THIS IS ULTIMATE RELATIONSHIP WHEN YOU CAN RELATE TO YOURSELF A HUNDRED PERCENT THEN ANY FACE YOU LOOK AT,THERE IS LOVE, CHARM AND BEAUTY. So what is important is we have to first find our relationship with our self then we can understand the meaning of true love. Now definitely we need one Master to learn all these things. I am very much happy that I have got the right path and right Master to learn all these things.

Well in the beginning I said that this Valentine was much pleasant and special to me because the reason is I got engaged and this was my first Valentine day.

Types of pleasure, joy, satisfaction

From last couple of days I am watching talks given by Jagadguru Kripaluji maharaj. He is just amazing and superb. The talk series is on Bramh, Jeev and Maya where He is gives references of Bhagavad gita, Upanishads , Vedas, Puranas etc. Whenever He tells any shloka ( verse or chapter ) He also tells the page number and that shloka number. This is just amazing I think. Yesterday He was talking on the pleasure, joy. Here there are two things Mayik anand and atmik anand. Mayik anand means those pleasures and joy which our mind is looking for, which is of material world. Atmik anand means that purest form of joy and which is permanent which is need of our soul. Mann mayik hai. It means mind is under control of maya. I think this is very important point which we must always keep in mind :) Again mind came here hahaha. Mind , mind and mind so let me keep this in mind forever. :)

Mumbai Bomb blasts 26/11

It has been couple of days now for Mumbai Bomb blasts. Many innocent people, police officers, army men died in this. Terrorism has spread across the whole globe. India is suffering more than any other country. Only discussions on bomb blasts, blaming our system, government, politicians will not work. I think common man’s active participation is needed. Everyone should look within and think on this. How I can contribute on this front. I think if every person started thinking like this then definitely the scene will be much better. People don’t vote in elections and they criticize system and government. This is big stupidity. Unity among us is what is more important. We should stop fighting in ourselves on the topic of religion, castes, languages etc. As a common man, I think we should not get influenced by politician’s speech which is just hopeless. I salute to all those army men, police officers and all those who have shown their courage in this

Yesterday while watching TV, I got chance to watch Guruji’s speech which He has given in Mumbai on terrorism. Guruji told that people are very angry on system, politicians but they should channelize their anger in proper way. Meditation, pranayama is what is important to come out of trauma. Art of Living has opened many trauma relief centers in Mumbai.

Two nice stories

I came across two nice stories while watching TV. It does not mean that watching TV is good thing :)It depends what you are watching. :)

A famous painter wanted to draw a painting of Lord Bal Krishna. To draw this painting/portrait he was in search of little beautiful and cute child. So that by looking at child he can draw the painting. But the problem was he was not getting a little boy as per his expectations. He searches a lot. Finally in one village he found a very nice, beautiful and cute boy. Painter draws a very beautiful painting of little Lord Krishna.
Couple of years passed, painter is now old man. This time he wanted to draw a painting of very dangerous criminal. He wanted to have such criminal in front of him so that he can draw his painting. He searched in many jails but he did not get as per his expectations. Painter wanted to catch all expressions of criminal. While passing through roadside, he saw police was carrying one dangerous criminal and there his search finishes. After drawing painting of criminal, that criminal asks him do u remember me. Painter says no. Criminal tells painter that couple of years back you wanted to draw a painting of Bal Krishna that time also you choose me. Now you wanted to draw a painting of very dangerous criminal now also you choose me. Painter understands that criminal is the same person.

What we can learn from this story is that divinity and evil both qualities are present in all human beings. It depends on us where to focus and concentrate. Whatever we focus on grows in our life.

An enlightened Master goes into one village and people organize the satsang for couple of days.
A thief from the village gets a good chance to make robbery because he knew that almost all villagers will go to satsang. He decides a rich person’s house where he wanted to do robbery. He becomes successful in his mission. He keeps all that wealth in his house. After few minutes a angel appears in front of him. Angels says to him that God has seen you today while you were doing robbery. And you will be getting a very strong punishment of that. Angel says you must surrender to God and accept your theft. Thief scares and decides to surrender and goes into house to return the wealth he has stolen. But he remembers one line of that enlightened master when he was passing through that satsang place. He remembers that master said that Angle does not have shadow of their own. So when thief switched on light he can see the shadow of that Angel. He returns with a big stick and says to that person you are making me fool. That so called Angel agrees and accepts that he himself is thief also. He wanted loot his readymade stolen wealth. The wife of thief was very good and spiritual in nature. She tells her husband that you listen and obeyed one line of that enlightened master and you got so much benefit out of that. If you listen and follow the path given by that master then how beneficial it will be.

Astral Travel aka Out Of Body Experience

In last couple of days while browsing on internet, I came across about some interesting topics. It is not like that I was totally unaware of these topics. But then I thought lets go into deep and understand what exactly those topics are. Those topics are astral travel a.k.a out of body experiences, astral projection, near death experience.

Astral travel or out of body experience ( OBE ) is that experience when your consciousness leaves your physical body and you can observe world without your physical body and its physical senses. It is 'an experience in which a person seems to perceive the world from a location outside his physical body'. What I observed that, it is a part of spiritual practice which is very common in western countries. Generally people get such type of experiences while they are sleeping or dreaming. Some may get while driving, working, playing etc. Off course every single person may not get such experiences. When consciousness leaves body you can see and hear those things which are far from your physical body.

Recently I had chat with a person who is from Netherlands. He was telling me that he was guided by his dreams on his spiritual path. He is getting dreams like he is a Buddhist monk. Now what I think is that consciousness leaves your body means of course your physical senses leaves your body. Does it also mean your soul leaves your body during that time? Well I really don’t know as I never had such experience. :) But yes I used have some different types of experiences. I used to wake in the midnights with full sweating. I used to feel like I am dying and I used think what exactly death is. Is OBE same like telepathy. Whatever it is but in western countries people are doing lot of research on this. Many people are using it as spiritual practice and they are regularly practicing it. There are many institutes/organizations, methods available for this. In our India this thing is not new. It will not be a wrong if I say that in India there are many spiritual, enlightened Masters who are having mastery on all such topics. Bharat ki bhumi anginat santo ke sitaro se saji hai. Such enlightened people rule on the visible and invisible world. They rule on this whole creation.

In spirituality there are many paths but one must stick to only one otherwise everything gets messed up. Then situation becomes "Dhobi ka kutta.. " :) But on the path of spirituality you must have a good Master. There is no other way. Same thing Krishna has told to Arjuna.

Yesterday Sushma Didi was present for the satsang and satsang continued for almost two hours. Whenever she comes, she gives some good knowledge points which are very important for day to day life. Generally whenever Guruji is surrounded by people everybody wants to talk with Him, hug Him , bow down to Him. This is but obvious. What happenes that time is, many thinks that Guruji didnot see me , He did not talked with me, I could not discussed my problem with Guruji, etc. etc. Sushma Didi told that we should not think like that. If Guruji is talking with someone then we should think that as if He is talking with me only. If He is watching anybody then think as if He is watching you only. I know agreeing to these statements practically is bit difficult. The reason is our mind. It is our ego that comes in between. Why Guruji did not see towards me, why He did not talked with me. This "me" is a big enemy on the path of spirituality. Who am I? I am nothing in this world. I think we should live with this feeling all the time.

In first week of last month I got the chance to attend the navaratri advance course in Pune ashram. I met with my school friend there. In the last week there was blessing course organized in the presence of Swami Pragyapadji. My friend asked me are you interested to attend. Mine was not fixed because I knew that I will not get leave. But later I asked my senior and I did not get the leave. I could not attend the blessing course. There is one more guy called Prashant told me that he also wanted to attend the blessing course. In fact he went in half way and he got a phone call. Because of some work he had to return. He also could not do the course. My friend told me that Swami Pragyapadji was saying the same thing. Many people wanted to do the course, but why you people only reached to the course venue. It is not in our hand. So I think whenever my turn will come I will get chance to do the course. But yes it depends on my intensity and Gurukrupa.

Love without attachments

Love without attachment, does it seems contradictory. If I say I love my girlfriend (even though now I don’t have any :) ), it obviously means I am attached to her. It is so obvious. Same case happens with other things too. Loving wife, children, parents, job etc makes you attached to all those beings and things. Generally we think that attachment is a second side of love and it is natural. Up to certain extent I am very much agreeing to this that attachment which comes with love is natural with your loved ones, favorite things, situations.

Love is a feeling and attachment is an emotion. Now you will ask me huh what the difference between two is, it’s again the same thing. Well there is a difference. Love is feeling within and emotion brings strong feeling, possessiveness, and obsession. I know you must be thinking I am mentally disturbed or I am mad. But love without attachment is true love, pure love, that’s what I think. If we observe carefully everyone is in search of true, permanent, long lasting love. At least I am :) Attachment brings mental fatigue, mind disturbs.

I think true and pure love is free from attachments, lust, obsession etc. Love between Gopis and Krishna is the best example of this one.
It took me a lot of time to agree that love and attachment are two different things. But still to follow it in practical life is not that much easy for me. I think it is a continuous process throughout the life.

New York experiences

I was working with Merrill Lynch in 2007 for couple of months. For almost two and half months I was in New York, the biggest finance hub of USA. I think we can call it as Finance hub of this world as if stock market of US goes down it affects on almost each and every country’s stock market. New York City has its own glamour. Big talents born here, some came from other parts of the world. The Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island are the five major areas of this city.

Even though it was first time to go abroad excitement was not much, a bit curiosity was there. It was new place, new colleague, and new boss for me. My roomies were Indian and they helped me a lot. I never found any difficulty during my stay. What I seen there almost all Indians cook food at home, well that is quite natural and wise ones will prefer that :) I found Americans are co-operative , disciplined, they will give you smile even if they don’t know you. I think Americans are either fat or they will be in proper body shape. I think Americans needs lot of research on their food habits. :) My black American boss always used to take me to taste different types of food items. This is the different case that I liked very few of those :) I was really amazed when I came to know that my boss was not addicted to smoking, drinking etc. , even though he was a proper American. I was having almost all bad habits that time. When he saw me smoking, he asked me, what makes you feel to smoke, what encourages you for smoking. I was answerless that time. Whenever I have done any bad habit, I always used to interact with myself that something is going wrong. It’s like monitoring your own self.

Traveling with subway trains, path trains and bus was good experience. Network of trains underground was new for me that time. Why USA is so much rich and advanced today, is a question we must think on. One day my boss invited me for dinner. Even though I used to eat non-veg that time, I told him I will prefer veg food, as I was scared. :) When I reached to his house I came to know that he is very much interested in music and he can play trumpet very well. His wife was very much interested in cooking. A strict professionalism and discipline at work place are two good qualities which I saw there. My boss was very much frank in nature and we used to discuss on many topics like Indians taking jobs of Americans, dowry system in India, spirituality in India etc. During weekends my colleague and I used to go for sightseeing. We had been to statue of liberty, Wall Street, empire state building, Washington DC, Niagara Falls. It was beautiful experience.

You go anywhere in this world people are same with same emotions, feelings, desires. I don’t like to compare, stupid people keeps comparing, keeps criticizing about what they don’t like. Each country and each city in it has its own beauty. I remember someone asked Guruji that why India is so much rich in spirituality and Guruji answered that America is also beautiful city and people over here are also good but what I see is that Americans has lost somewhere in celebration. (Here celebration means materialistic celebration)

Biggest Wonder

Pandavas were walking through the jungle and were thirsty. They stop walking while Bhima says I will bring some water for all of us. While in search of water he reaches to a lake which was under control of Yaksha. When Bhima tries to take water, Yaksha says either you give me the exact answer of my question or leave from this place. You can take water only if you give right answer , if you give wrong answer you will die. So Bhima was having two option only either leave or ready for the question. Yaksha asked the biggest wonder in this world. Bhima couldn’t give answer he dies. One by one 4 pandavas dies. At last Dharmaraj comes to lake and gives the right answer. His answer – Daily people watch other people dying, living beings dying then also everybody expects that their life should be stable. They behave with their ego as if they are going to live here forever. This is the biggest wonder of this world.

A beautiful line I found in one book – While you are living don’t think of death. And while you are dying don’t think of living.

Fall of Human Intellect

In last two months I read two books. The first one The Fall Of Human Intellect by A Parthsarathy. This is a very excellent non-fiction book which deconstructs the difference between the intellect and intelligence. The author has perfectly explained about the emotions, our action which is controlled by our emotions, attachment, relationships, love. Author has given emphasis on the explanation on intellect and intelligence, our thoughts, judgment. Using this how we can improve our life, how we can achieve control on our mind, emotions. I think everybody should read this book. This book is very much good for those also who are Nastik. So save yourself from Fall!!

Deepak Chopra’s Buddha is also a very beautiful book. This is the first book I have read on Buddha. Author has tried to picture Buddha’s whole life. Siddhartha as a prince, then a wanderer monk in search of God, and after the enlightenment Buddha. After 10 years of marriage Siddhartha goes in Wanaprasthashram. Buddha’s way to achieve enlightenment was totally different. In our country we call vipasana , in Japan they calls it Zen. These are the different names of Buddhism.

This navaratri I wanted to go to Banglore Ashram. I had a thought in mind lets book our seat pretty early so I can go to banglore ashram. But the problem was about the leave. Well these all are the reasons. I did not put my 100% or may be my luck was something different. I decided to attend advanced course during this navratri time at Pune Ashram. Rishi Nityapragyaji means it was like amazing, beautiful roller coaster for all of us. I met one of my school friend in the course and then we were together all the time. We had lots of fun in the course. Everyday in the evening Rishiji used to do Gurupuja, Lalitasahasranam as a part of Navaratri celibrations. After that there used to satsang time. Rishiji used to sing very beautiful bhajans. Along with bhajans some beautiful songs like rat kali ek khwab .., tu bin bataye.. , duba duba rahata hu.., tuze dekh deh sona... It was like feeling the top of the world. On the second last day I got a chance to hug Rishiji. He looked towards me and smiled then I too smiled. When we finished the course that night me and my friend met Rishiji. I asked Him how to improve meditation so that I could go into deep meditation. He answered that remove rajas quality by doing some exercise , seva etc.
Secondly I asked how to remove bad habits. On this He replied for that do sankalapa and take a vow that you will not indulge in bad habit for 20 days. After 20 days again do same. Like this do for 2 months and you will get rid of your bad habits.

In this advanced course Rishiji taught us many beautiful things. At very first day He asked all of us everybody happy, are you all get accommodation and is everything set, comfortable. Then He said COMFORT IS NOTHING BUT JUST STATE OF MIND. This statement directly went into my head, heart :) Rishiji told us that using our 5 senses on body our mind captures the outer world's situations, people, things. Moreover perceiving power is different of each person. We should not get stuck in people, situation and things. CIC is important in life, i.e Connectedness with Master, using Intelligence, and Commitment. I would like to specifically mention one thing here that I came to know in while listening Guruji's talk. Guruji was telling that someone asked Him that, Guruji I have a very worst habit. My eyes are like X-rays. I look towards everybody without clothes. I am suffering from this bad habit and even if I go to temple I see god and goddess without clothes. Then Guruji's reply on that was beautiful. Guruji replied to that person you give your 100% Dont just look without clothes. Remove their skin and see and then remove their bones as well. This is a very simple and straight forward explanation to remove lust. Course finished on saturday and on sunday there was Ganesh and Navgraha homa. Few veda boys from banglore ashram were present in all these days for lalita sahsranam, and for all homas. I attended Ganesh and Navagraha homa. After that me and my friend was about to leave ashram but we were not feeling to leave ashram.

Astik and Nastik

What do you mean by Astik and Nastik. Astik means that person who believes in GOD and nastik means who ignores the presence of GOD and its power. This is the general meaning we all know. Yesterday I came to know very beautiful explanation of these two words. Their meaning is not just which I have mentioned above. Astik means that person who strongly believes in life. He who finds good things among the bad things. Even in worst situation he never looses his hopes. We generally criticizes our system, people, situation, corruption. Then I think one who criticizes all these things, he cannot be a astik. Astik will not keep complaining , rather he will work on making the things better. Astik will always accept the situation as it is and will work for the better tomorrow. Only visiting temple and attending bhajans does not make person astik. Vikram bhaiya has explained that there is not much difference between astik and nastik. Astik first believes in GOD and then he wants to see GOD. Nastik wants to see GOD first and then he will trust in it.

OSHO's Talks

From last few months I am listening to OSHO's talks. His talks are superb and directly reaches to our heart. Listening to his talks itself is a satsang. Ek omkar satnam, Kahe kabir mai pura paya, kahe kabir diwana, pad ghungharoo bandh .... He gives very simple examples to make the concepts clear. Many times he gives examples of Mulla Nasariddin. Listening to OSHO's talks means gaining more and more knowledge. He has talked on Meerabai, Guru Nanak, Kabir and so many other things. He gave one nice example of Sufi Saint Junnaid. Junnaid was very much attached to his son and he used to love him a lot. Unfortunately his son dies and when Junnaid comes to know that his son died, he gets a shock for a moment. Then after that he behaves very normally as if nothing has happened. At the end of day his wife asks him didn't you felt bad. Junnaid told her yes for 1 moment I was shocked but then I thought when I was not having son then also I was happy. When our son borned then also I was happy. Then why I should be in sorrow now. Yesterday I was having son , today I dont have. Its like a dream , whats there in dream, dream comes and goes.

There was one more beautiful thing OSHO has told is his talks. There was one very gr8 and famous Indian scientist in USA. He was doing research on plants. Plants can understand humans emotions, sentiments, they can read humans mind. After that scientist's death his American student continued the research. In laboratory there was one plant on which experiments were going on. That plant was attached to machines to read its vibrations. When that student came near to its plant and he was very happy that moment, that time plant's vibrations were smooth. After few moments he thought what if I cut this plant in between , and suddenly the vibrations of plants changed suddenly and its graph changed drastically. That student just thought about to cut the the plant , but he never did it. After this incident whenever that student came near to that plant its graph used to change. It took 20 days for that plant to understand that , this student is not going to do anything harmful it him. This has been scientifically proved this way.
There's a book named as The Secret Of Plants on this same concept.

Big Bang

Big Bang has started. How this universe/universes or galaxi/galaxies got created. What was there in the begining. According to Big Bang theory universe has expanded from a primordial hot and dense initial condition at some finite time in the past and continues to expand to this day. I was very much curious about geting the more information about this theory and this project. CERN's seven thousand scientist working on this project. I think this is the first attempt of human being to find out about how this universe got created. This project is going on in Geneva, under the sea. They have made a 27 KM round under the sea and yesterday they tested transmission of beam through that large hadron collider at speed of 11000 km. Well I just can't imagine when they will test the collision of those beams. I heard that this project is will be useful in many ways like getting new techonology to cure cancer. In today's date science and techonology has reached to very high state. Few questions always comes in mind. Is man challenging nature? Is he planning to control earth, universe, weather? Well what I think is that any progress in science and techonology has to be used for good purpose. Definitely nature's power is always bigger and we cannot take control of it. Big Bang theory's discussion also raises one more topic that GOD exists or not. :)

First upgrade of YES+

Day before yesterday on sunday I attended upgrade of YES+ course. Actually it was all of sudden happened. Before few days I got call from YES+ volunteer and then it got fixed. Well it was full day worshop but I really enjoyed it. First we had some exercise and long sudarshan kriya and knowledge session, review of learnings of YES+. It was fun and much more learning in YES+ upgrade. Any work in this world is not good or bad. Its just our mentality to lable it. Our ego is such a strange thing. If we divert our ego in good things , spiritual things then its heaven here. Otherwise if we keep ego in stupid things then its the worst thing. I will not forget this day throughout my life.
What I can say here is once you do YES+ upgrade you cannot forget that day in your whole life :)

Festival Season

The Olympics games has finished now. India got 3 medals. It was really great thing. Abhinav Bindra has made it. Our national anthem instrumental was played when Abhinav got the gold medal. It was the amazing moment. Any indian will be proud of such event. Well I really dont want to argue why we could get only 3 medals. What I heard that Abhinav's rifle which he used is of 1 crore. He has personally spent lacs and carores rupees on his training and equipments. But whatever it is he has made it. Well our government should provide more and more facilities to all these sports people and they should stop this ridiculous politics in any sports.

Well its festival season going on. Bappa ale re... :) its now Ganesh festival for 10 days. After few days navaratri , Dasara and then Diwali :) In Maharashtra Ganesh Festival is very big. You will see many people saying that, day by day festival is getting lost somewhere. I mean the pure feelings, serenity, its true purpose is getting distorted. Today only I read such types of news in newspaper. Well I am definitely agree to this but we should not forget that change is natures law. And everybody is responsible to make this festival more and more creative , innovative. I think this festival definitely useful. Important thing is that we should not criticize anything, if we cannot take part in it. Whatever it is I like this festival. Ganapati bappa moraya.....

Problems in Life

Day before yesterday night one of the talented guy from our company jumped from 7th floor and commit suicide. He was on the manager level and was from IIT. Our company has sponsored him for IIT. Almost 4 years of bright professional journey, he commit suicide. Our company is quite famous for open and healthy culture. Everyone was shocked. He has send a SMS to his brother mentioning that I am having lot of work load , stress and that's why I am going to do this. Few of my colleague said that it could not be only work load reason , there may be some personal reasons. I really dont understand how people dare to commit suicide. OK if i agreed that once people go into that stage, they can do anything. But why dont they think that they are making the biggest sin. Now this guy was having so many options like he could have changed company if it would have work load reason, or he could have went to some good counsellor etc. There are many ways and solutions. On the other hand I think that all these discussions are useless because when the person is born his whole life story has already been written. What job he will do, whom he will get married or how and when he will die, everything is fixed. But then again by saying this we cannot just sit idle. I have seen lots of such suicide cases. I have seen many people going through heartfelt and after heartfelt they talk like this only, absolutely rubbish. I have seen heartfelt in my life. Suicide is not at all the solution of any problem in life, then it may be any damn problem. I think in today's world we run lot of after money , success and relationships and then somewhere we get lost in that. Why that guy commit suicide, his mental situation was totally worst. His mind was totally full of stupidity. His mind was disturbed like anything. I think we can prevent all these things if we think how to work on mind and keep it healthy. Let me mention here that meditation , yoga are absolutely must now now in days. I think without spirituality life is nothing. That is the only way to keep your mind healthy and maintain your centrdness.

YES+ with Bawa and Dinesh Bhaiyya

I was having idea that, there is a YES+ course scheduled at july end and Bawa himself was going to conduct it.I was very much interested in doing this course but somehow that enthusiasm doesnot remains till last. But just two days before the course begins, I enrolled for it. It was amazing to attend the YES+ course. The most important thing was we got the presence of both Bawa and Dinesh Bhaiyya. Five days of full of magic, knowledge sessions, games, exercise, masti. I have enjoyed a lot in the course. Both Bawa and Dinesh Bhaiyaa shared some nice experiences. Life can be pursuit of happiness or it can be expression of happiness. So the choice is ours, life shud be , I will say must be expression of happiness. Learning from the past and planning for the future goals but in the present moment is very much important in life. During the exercise session it was fun, especially when doing surya-namaskaras. People used to say enough , some used to screech. Bawa said very beautifull thing. Generally people have one mentality they never lives in the present moment. They always remains in pursuit of happiness. Wheather I will get admission in good college, then after getting degree when I will get good job, when I will get good girlfriend, then worry about marriage, then about kids. I think this is very much important. Living in this material world but not disturbing our centredness is very very important thing. And this can be obtained only through spiritual practises. I came to know lot of new things about the food habits of western countries and how exactly the things works in slaughter houses. It was horrible. I think we should spread awareness about global warming to as much people as we can. Bawa is having tremendous presence of mind. He answers the question without completing the question itself. At the end of the course everyone was hugging Dinesh Bhaiyya, so I also went and hugged Dinesh Bhaiyya. This was golden opportunity for me. I bought sweets to distribute in my project as emailed to all project about the course and its contents so that few of them may think to do YES+ course.

Today is Gurupoornima, this is the biggest day for any student, seeker. I think expressing gratitude towards Master is the only thing any devotee can do. I think devotee will not find any opportunity to express gratitude towards Master, rather its a continuous process, every moment. A feeling of satisfaction in life is more important in life. Whatever we have got in life is more than sufficient, this feeling is more important. Many people take wrong meaning of this statement. Guruji always says that if you have craving then keep it for good work, spirituality.

Q: Guruji, there is celebration in your presence. How to keep up the same celebrative mindset in your physical absence?——————————————————————————–
Guruji : To keep up with the same celebrative mindset you need to inculcate certain disciplines. Follow certain things. They area) Not talk too much. Talking too much makes a person tired. Then while you are conversing a lot of ‘ buts’ and ifs will arise. This may lead to an unnecessary argument and then end up in an unnecessary bitterness!! So it is better to talk less.
b) Then second thing is often you make a plan and talk on the plan too much. There is no need to think over and over again on the plan and explain to someone about it.
c) The third thing is if you are not able to enthuse people, at least don’t loose your enthusiasm.
d) Then the fourth thing is, do not engage yourself in eating or sleeping too much. Or even watching TV, or reading books. These in turn can reduce your enthusiasm. The best thing would be is to be with your self. Listen to music.
e) Exercise and do some yoga. That way you will be able to retain your enthusiasm.

Q: I know it is important for me to be here with you. But I have a little conflict as it takes me away from my family. Could you comment?
Guruji: You know when you here and when you go deep and get rid of all the stresses, you are also helping your family out there. The good vibration that you produce in your system doesn’t just stay with you. Don’t think that your silence course is only benefitting you. You are being in silence, you are meditating - some of it goes to your family members as well. You may have noticed, some times you sit for mediation and nothing happens to you. And most of the meditation you know, the benefits of those meditations are going to people who have crossed the other side. So when you have to clear your debts you find balance not going up. Because debt is being cleared. So many times it happens.
There is an old saying “when you meditate the effect of it reaches to seven generations of the past and seven generations of the future.” So the genes with which you are connected u know affects all those seven generations the past and the future. That is a very common saying in India. People know it.
So a portion of our meditation, merits of our meditation goes to our near and dear ones. So you don’t have to have a conflict. And when you are at home doing your job, don’t think it is not spiritual. It is also my job. If you are taking care of your family know that it is not just your family it is Gurujis family also. So the whole world belongs to me and every body is a part of my family. So if you are taking care of your family you should know you are doing a seva, a work which is a part of AOL. And when you are here, you should know what ever you are doing you are also helping your kith and kin.Where is the conflict?

Big cave on the earth

Yesterday night as usual I was in front of TV :) On discovery channel I was watching planet earth and it was just awesome programme. In that they were showing the one biggest cave on the earth. It was 400 metres deep inside. It was like a big well. This cave is somewhere in Mexico. I never have seen such a huge cave. This cave is such a big cave that entire empre estate building in New York can go inside that cave. I saw some people jumped into that cave with parachute , it was mind blowing seen. They given information on different types of birds and insects which resides inside that cave. The programme was just amazing. Some type of insects emits light and when they all emits light it looks marvelous. I always like to watch such type of prgrammes.

Agra-Mathura Trip

From last so many days i was planning to go Delhi and agra. One of my friend is from Agra. I met him when he was in pune. He was in pune for almost 4 to 5 years, and then his father got shifted so they went Agra. I was having 4 days in my hand, so I thought 2 days I will spend in Agra and 2 days in Delhi. Thursday morning by flight I reached to Delhi and from there to Agra. Delhi to Agra is around 4 and half hours journey by bus. This was my second time to go to Delhi. I really liked the roads in Delhi they are so much wide and smooth. I reached Agra somewhere around 3 PM but then that day my friend said we will go to sikandara place. It’s a historical monument and it is like a sign of sorrow. After that we went to Gurudwara. For the first time in my life I went in Gurudwara. It is Guru Teg Bahadur Singh’s place. Guru nanak is the chief one and there are 1o more saints. Guru Teg Bahadur is one of them.
Second day I came to know that Taj Mahal is closed for visitors/tourists on Friday. So I went to Mathura. Mathura is pavan bhumi, my Krishna’s birthplace. It was enchanting experience in Krishna Janmbhumi. There is a magic in that place. I felt that I should not leave this place forever, till my last breath. Then in Vrindavan it was again awesome experience. I saw Banke Bihari mandir and ISKCON temple. ISKCON temple is just awesome, continuous Hare Rama Hare Krishna jaap. I saw many foreigners there. The way they sing and play that veena and tabala was awesome. In Banke Bihari I observed that every says Radhe… I had been to Dwarkadhish temple. There are so many temples and Ashrams in Vrindavan. I was really blessed to be there. I wish I could be a one of the gopis of Krishna or am I. As It was strictly banned on photography inside all temples I couldnot take snaps inside temple.
On the third day we went to see Taj Mahal, it’s just awesome. But my friend said that because of all types of pollution it has become bit yellowish. For this reason all industries in Agra has been relocated to outside the city. Then we saw Agra fort. It is quite huge fort. We moved ahead to fatepur sikri. It is around 40 km from Agra. It is famous historical monument. Pardes hindi film’s shooting has been done there. I came to know that there is some love story behind this monument. Many people believes that if you have any wish you can tie one thread there and once your wish fulfilled you come back there and remove any one thread from there.
Last day in the morning I headed towards Delhi and visited India gate and Raj Ghat.

One Accident

Today while returning home it was raining lightly. Initially I thought ohh noo, but second moment I thought it’s a good chance to enjoy it. So while returning to home on my bike I started enjoying that rain. It was such a nice feeling. This was golden opportunity for me. I was on my way and I saw rush by the side of the road. It was an accident. One middle aged man was seated by roadside surrounded by few people. He was having injuries on his head and blood was flowing from his head like anything. I immediately stopped and rushed there and shouted take him to hospital. We 3 to 4 boys put him in a auto and 2 boys went with him. Actually one vehicle hit him. It was really nice to see that many people were there to help him. One girl was there, she was returning home in auto. She thought that lets take that person in her auto but that autowala got scared and ran away. So she asked me lift. She told me that not a single car stopped to help that injured person. I said its like that only. I thought why most of the people’s approach is like that. They don’t want to get involved in such things. It may be then police case, etc etc. I thought today that person met with an accident, tomorrow may be our turn. What I think is that lets forget that how other people behaves, if they don’t want to help let it be, let’s not criticize to other people, system, police department etc. etc.. Let’s give our best whatever is possible for us. Let me decide here that whenever I see such incident I will be always ready to help at any place, at any time.

School Friends... Nostalgic moments...

Before 2 to 3 days, one of my school friends visited my orkut profile. I also checked his profile and then I saw many school friends in his friends list. I was so happy at that moment. I found my old school friends. Our teacher used to say that school days and college days are like golden days. She uses a beautiful marathi word, morpankhi diwas. Morpankhi means feathers of peacock and diwas means days. It means that , these are the days you should enjoy , study well, dreaming of your future. A lot of enthusiasm , josh , a feeling to win this whole world, making lots of friends, learning lots of things, exploring your hidden talents , hobbies. Today I am feeling same josh, enthusiasm as I have found my school friends. Last Sunday they had get together but I could not attend that as I went for trekking that weekend. Today I had chat with that friend who visited my orkut profile, and then I called him. It was such a nice experience to talk with him. Remembering old school days, those friends, and teachers. These types of moments are special for us and we always cherish such moments. I told that I am gonna attend next get together definitely.

Its human tendency that we always find happiness in past or future. I am not saying here that get together is a bad thing. In fact I love it. And it has to be like that. This is the platform for where we can discuss and plan some good things. Exchange knowledge, share each other’s experiences, developing business contacts are some good points which we can get. I have decided that I am going to suggest all my school friends about the Art Of Living courses. I think there is no better work in this world than this. Spreading smile, love, caring for others and sharing whatever we have with those less fortunate than us is the best thing in this world.

Its raining.....!!!!!

Yesterday it was cloudy weather in the afternoon. I thought its going to rain now and in the evening it started raining heavily. A storm with thunder, lightning, heavy rain ohh that was amazing combination. First rain is always beautiful. I don't know but i used to hate rainy season when i was in school and college. But from last few years its my favorite season. If there is no rain there will be no life. Each and every creature on this earth waits for rain. This season brings such a pleasant feeling in our mind. I feels as if I becoming more younger and younger :) It brings lot of enthusiasm. Yesterday while returning home from office it was raining very lightly and I really enjoyed that. There were many trees were fell down because of which road gets blocked, but so what the magic of first rain is much more beyond that.

Koyana Wildlife sanctuary and Vasota fort

This weekend was really full of joy, enthusiasm, adventures as I had been to Koyna wildlife sanctuary and Vasota fort. One of my colleague asked me on Thursday and Friday I decided, how can I leave this golden opportunity. We were almost 14 members, most of them was from our office.
We left Friday night and reached to Satara somewhere around 2 AM. Ohh my god and next bus from Satara to Bamnoli was at 6:15 AM. So till then we did time pass. I tried to sleep on benches of ST stand but it couldn’t work because of mosquitoes J Someone from our team brought tea for all , I said at 2:45 we are going to have tea? But I had it J

In the morning we took bus to Bamnoli reached there in 2 hours and then from there we took permission to go to Koyna wildlife sanctuary. Actually Vasota fort is there in Koyna sanctuary area only. By motorboat we started heading towards the tents which we were supposed to go. It was 2 hours journey of motorboat. We reached to the tents. We had lunch there and then took some rest. To bring water we had to go to Koyna damn which was almost 1 km from our tents. I carried one pot of water on heat which must be of 8 to 10 liters. Then I realized how worst situation of water shortage is there in so many villages. But we enjoyed that experience. In the evening we went to watch some animals with the guard. We all sat on one point without making any noise. We sat almost 2 to 3 hours there. Finally we saw some jungli dogs there. They came to drink water and we were sitting on the other side of the damn. We saw footprints of many animals like bison. Jungle pigs. After returning we cooked rice and dal J We saw there was one more group reached to the other tent. They were making hell lot of noise, drinking. We had a arguments with that group, as it was really disturbing the piece of forest.

Second day morning at 6 o’clock we started climbing Vasota fort. Guard was ready to come with us. He told us that its almost 6 to 7 km from the tents. It was quite nice experience while climbing. No talking only walking, I used this principle. Some people were lagging behind. But we used to wait for them. We took almost 1 and half hour to reach to top. And it was mind blowing, superb scene from the top. Deep valleys , big mountains . dark forest we could see from the top. It was just amazing scene from the top of the fort. We saw one 2 temples there, king palace was almost gone. I was always walking with the guard. While returning we both took only one stop to see whether other team is coming or not and after that we did not stop anywhere. We had breakfast somewhere around 10:30 AM and then journey way back to home is started.

In two days we walked almost 18 to 20 km. It was great experience. The whole body muscles are paining, especially legs now J It was nice opportunity after a long time. I used to go for trekking regularly when I was in college days. But later due to job and all those things I started ignoring that. But I want to start it regularly now. Once your mind becomes ready and your willpower is high then things work. Trekking and photography has always been my favorite topics, rather those are my hobbies.

Guruji's Promise

Couple of days ago I was reading daily sutra and I read Guruji's promise in that. It was just awsome and my throat was choked up while reading that. I couldnot stop myself from posting that beautful promise here on my blog.

Chakra Sudarshan by Balaji Tambe

Today I almost finished reading a book written by Dr. Balaji Tambe. He is a very famous, reputed and expert in ayurveda. He is a highly spiritual leader. Chakra sudarshan book basically explains solar plexus in out body. We can say it as energy centres or seven chakras in our body. Muladhar chakra, swadishtan, manipur, anahat, vishudhha, adnya and sahastradal are the names. Each chakra is having its own characteristics and each one is associated with some quality. Imbalance in any of these chakra can cause to physical, mental problems. It impacts on our mind as well. Dr Balaji Tambe has very beautifully explained each and every chakra and how to keep those in balance. He has mentioned about different types of yoga, sadhana, panchkarma treatments, different types of meditations are the methods for these chakras. While reading this book I came to know that our sudarshan kriya, padmsamadhana covers almost all things which he has mentioned. This is really a stupid thought that came in my mind. Many science research institues all over across globe has done study on sudarshan kriya and come up with some reports. Its very good but I think its hardly 10 percent :) or less than that :) Whatever given by Master is always gr88 and it cannot be measured fully by such stupid science processes. I was listening to one Guruji's talk , someone there asked Guruji shani ka prabhav hota hai kya. Guruji replied shani ka prabhav hota hai lekin usase bhi bada ishwar ka prabhav hota hai. Really when Guruji is with us then why to worry about shani.

DSN with Vikram Bhaiyya

I was waiting for this golden opportunity from last few days. Vikram bhaiyya was in pune for last 3 and half days for this course. It was really amazing experience with him while doing DSN - Divya Samaj Nirman course. I had chat him with first day only. As he has not posted blog from last 2 to 3 months I requested him to keep posting it. He told me that his schedule will be available on YES+ website soon. I had lot of fun while doing course. Vikram bhaiyya means group is gonna dance and rock. There was tremendous enthusiasm in our group, of course credit goes to Vikram bhiayya. He shared some of his own experiences and some with Guruji , and it was enchanting. Satsang used be rocking, people didnot left the chance to dance in satsang.
I would say , this world is beautiful but there are few things in this world are very very very much beautiful and one those is Vikram bhaiyya, his guitar and his teaching. We had lot of games and we all had lot of fun. During seva session we had been grouped into 5. Our group got seva of distributing pamplets of upcoming part 1 course and to get some registrations for it. We divided our group of 5 into two. Me and my uncle went to one area and other 3 peoples went some other area. I went to distribute pamplets , I went in one restaurant, cyber cafe , shops. I was distibuting those to anyone who was coming in front of me :) It was great experience. We got 3 registrations of part 1 course in uncle's office. They were all his friends. From last few months I am thinking that it will be great if I get chance to work with AOL full time. One day Vikram bhaiyya sung english song means bhajan :) He sung rat kali ek khwab me aayi, bavra mann songs too. Off course those were for Guruji. I liked bavra mann very much. I was not knowing that its from film. Then later one girl told me that its from film Hajaro khwahisho aisi. But really I took that song as bhajan. The first line is Bavra mann dhundane chala ek sapana... I was thinking that I am dreaming that AOL has been reached to all countries and to every person in this world. I learned a lot in this course. But I always think that Whatever I learned from part 1 course, advanced course, and in this DSN course, how much I am following in my day to day life.
But journey has begun...

Three experiences

In the month of March 08 on the occasion of mahashivaratri there were many courses and events organized by surat centre that too in the physical presence of Guruji. There was advanced course with Guruji as well. Pankaj Gupta a yoga expert/teacher from banglore was there in surat and he has shared 3 enchanting experiences of Guruji.

Guruji was in banglore or tamilnadu , I really forgot the city name. One senior AOL teacher requested Guruji to visit his new constructed bunglow, so Guruji agreed and they both reached to his new bunglow. Guruji and that AOL teacher stepped down from car and were heading towards staircases. Now in front of that bunglow there was main road and on the other side of the road there was small hut and one lady was sitting outside that hut. That lady saw Guruji and that AOL teacher and started thinking that I wish I could have meet Guruji. He is looking so much powerful. Now in days spirituality is only meant for rich people. But as I am very much poor even if HE comes to my hut what I can give HIM so its ok even if HE doesnot come to my hut. Guruji was heading towards staircase he stepped up 2 steps and turned back and straight away went to that hut. Noone was able to understand whats happening. Guruji saw that lady and asked her , Mai andar nahi bulayegi. That lady was not getting what to do now, then Guruji asked Mai bhuk lagi hai khana nahi degi. That lady was having hardly half or one roti. She gave that to Guruji and Guruji ate that.

This has happened again somewhere in south india, I forgot the name of city. Guruji was in "agyatwas". When he goes in agyatwas noone can tell where is HE. So one day Guruji asked car driver that HE want to go but didnot told where to go. Guruji was guiding driver lane by lane, where to go, where to take turn. after sometime Guruji asked driver to stop in front of a very small house. HE stepped down from the car and knocked the door. One man opened the door and for few seconds that person was amazed and then that person start crying. That person used to read Guruji's columun in newspapers. He always used to think that how can I meet Guruji. As I am very much poor and not having enough money to do part 1 course also. Where should I go and whom to meet. He was very very much curious to meet Guruji but was not able to. Then Guruji spent some time with that person.

This incident happened when Guruji was abroad in some country. I again forgot the name of the country. Anyways that doesnot matter. One person wanted to give gift to Guruji. That gift was a pack of tea powder as it was very famous in that country. Somehow that person couldnot managed to meet directly to Guruji and he delivered that gift to one of the senior AOL teacher who was with Guruji and told him that please give this to Guruji. That senior AOL teacher kept that gift in his bag and said ok I will give this to Guruji. But due to some rush hours and work he forgot to give that gift to Guruji. Now that devotee who has given gift was very much worring that his gift will reach to Guruji or not. In the night Guruji opened that senior AOL teacher's bag and picked up tea powder pack and kept in HIS bag. Later that teacher remebere that he has forgot to give gift to Guruji and then later he comes to know how that gift reached to Guruji. Gurujiko unke devotee ke liye time aane par chori bhi karani padi. Guruji you are greaaatt. Whenever I remember these incidents my throat gets choked up and tears comes. Gurudev ne zoli bhar di hai ab aur ab kya mangu.

Guruji's Birthday - 2008

Today is 13 may, and its a BIG day for AOLites. It's Guruji's birthday today. I was really damn waiting for this day. Today I was present for satsang which happened in the presence of Vikram Hazra. Vikram bhaiyy's voice is just awesome. The way he sing just superb. He makes all crowd to sing and dance. He shared one experience, sumone asked him do u wish Guruji on HIS birthday. Vikram bhiyya replied , no I dont bcoz if I wish HIM then I will be very much selfish and it creates a separateness. This reply was very much good. Vikram bhiyya said but yes we should celibrate this day bcoz Guruji's birthday is big day for all of us. Celibration is at every moment , I really agree to his statement.

From last few days I have started listening to OSHO talks. So far I have listen HIS 3 talks of ek omkar satnam. Those are just amazing. He has told in it that people offer food, flowers, money to GOD. Everything is given by GOD then what we are offering to HIM. Even the our physical body also given by GOD , then what we are going to offer.

Today I was reading Bawa's blog and I came to know that in 3 months more than 10,000 youngesters have done YES+/UTSAV courses. This is a gr88 news. I wish you very happy birthday Guruji, we all love you, and I know you have not kept any other choice in front of us :)

Two must watch movies

Before few days, I got chance to watch movie The Secret. It was sunday and there was Holi Festival on that day. In our AOL centre I got chance to watch that movie. It was just simply great movie. It is all about laws of attraction, about our thinking, and how our thoughts works actually. Its something like whatever we think , this whole universe - cosmic power starts to work on it. So we are what we think. Its a very much beautifull movie and I think everyone should watch it. There is a book also The Secret. We can learn hell lots of good and beautiful things from this movie. If we start implementing in our life, I am very much sure that its going to be a life changing.

Recently I came to know there is movie called An inconvienient truth. I have not yet seen this movie but I have gone through their website climatecrisis.net. If you go thrugh it , you will be shocked. Tsunami, incresing hurricanes, increasing temprature, rising of global sea levels etc etc. are the consequences. Today only I read in newspaper that by 2013 Arctic ocen will be ice free. I think we should spread this awareness to as much people as we can. Only awareness will not work, actions are also.

Satsang-3Feb08

It was first sunday of february 08. In the morning, as usual I went for folloup session of kriya and I came to know that there will be satsang in that evening in the city area. In the evening I went for satsang. Saket kakkarji was there for satsang and he was singing bhajans one by one. Everybody was singing with him. After sometime full ground became packed with all smilies, those who didnot get place to sit they stood up. With Saketji there was one lady also who was singing bhajans. After some time BAWA and Dinesh bhaiyya came there and everybody started looking at them. That time I was not knowing who are they. Dinesh Bhaiyya took guided mediation for 23 min and I couldnot cam to know how 23 min passed. I thought we did it for hardly 10 min. Then BAWA told us some good things about bhajans. He told us why we say radhe sham in bhajan. The opposote of Radha is Dhara means flowing. If want to merge in Krishna then pray to Radha, become like Radha. We are all Radhas. Then some question-answer session started. BAWA has answered to all questions very nicely and beautifully. Satsang went on till 10:45 pm. My experience was enchating in this satsang. I could have feel the vibrations in the presence of Dinesh Bhaiyya and BAWA. This was the first time when I saw Dinesh bhaiyya and BAWA.

My Reading Habit

When I was in my school and college life I was not having any interest in reading those books which are other than academics books. I used to think that academics books are too much too read then why to read other types of books. I always used to be backbencher in school and college also. As a student I was almost gone case , I took 5 years to complete my graduation :) Anyways thats not the topic here hahahaha. So how and when I started taking interests in reading good books. I dont remember the exact month but i think it was almost 1 and 1/2 years back when we were returning from my friend's marriage. One of my other frend told me that we will go to books shop bcoz he wanted to buy some books. So I went with him. I just started looking some books. He suggested me to read The Monk.. , The Alchemists, etc. I told him I an not interested in reading. But he said you try at least The Monk.. I said ok and bought that book. I came home and started reading that book. I decided that I will read first few pages and if its boring will not read full book. But I liked that book very much and then I read almost all books of Robin Sharma. Then reading became my habit. I liked some Paulo Coehilo's books too, eleven minutes, The Alchemists. Then I read books of my MASTER, Sri Sri Ravishankar. Wisdom for new millenimu, God loves fun, Celibrating Silence, Narad Bhakti Sutra. I liked all these books very much. I have started reading now MK Gandhi's autobiography.
Recently when i visited BAWA's blog , he has mentioned there few Richard Bach's books. I found those interesting so planned to read those also. Off course BAU has suggested that so it must be interesting and good only. Thanks BAU. One past incident

I dont remember the exact month but this thing has happened in year 2006. There was satsang organized in the presence of Guriji - Sri Sri Ravishankar. But in those days I was not into Art Of Living at all. There always has been spiritual background in my family. My parents went that time to attend that satsang. When they came back , my parents told me that they got chance to see Guruji from very close. During satsang Guruji was throwing pedhas(sweets) in the crowd. My mother told me that she was so much lucky that she got 2 pedhas thrown by Guruji. My mother bring those pedhas to home and given to all. That time i was not knowing anything about Art Of Living, Guruji. But when I remember this incident now , I feels that I am the luckiest person. My parents are not into Art Of Living , they are having their different Master.
Sometimes I think Guruji has made magic with that pedhas and I came into AOL. Yes I am blessed.

jan08 to apr08

Its almost 3 to 4 months has passed since I posted my last blog. Many things happened in these 4 months. Rather many beautifull and enchanting things happened in last 4 months. Its April going on, sun is soaking heat like anyhting. But yes still life is becoming more n more beautifull for me, beacause read next para :)

I was eagerly waiting for 1st week of march as there were many programmes in surat on the occasaion of mahashivratri and that too was in physical presence of Guruji. Advanced course, sahaj samadhi, PDS, gita gyan, maharudra. I blessed to attend all these programmes in surat. There is one intresting thing happened during this time. Actaully I registered for programmes very well in advance, almost 1 and half months before :) In month of march I got one call from one lady saying that she was also interested in attending advanced course and we can go together. She was confirmed so I said ok , once you fix let me know. After that I forgot this thing. When I reached I asked one lady in bus about surat, she said she also coming for 1st time. They were also there for AOL programmes. While talking with that lady , she came to know this guy is the same to whom she has called :) The arrangement done by surat volunteers were superb. I express my love and thanks to all those. March 5th to 10th it was just awsome, beautiful, enchanting and amazing. Advanced course with Guruji , sahaj course with Bhanu didi. There were 3500 participants in advanced course. Guruji met with all participants and that time I saw HIM very closely. While doing sahaj course also I got chance to meet Bhanu didi that too from very close. I was on the top of the world in those 6 days. I got chance to meet Dinesh Bhaiyya and Bawa. I was blessed to be there in HIS presence and I saw my MASTER from very closely...

There is one more good news , my sister is getting married in this month.Preparations was going on from last 3 months, engagement, booking of marriage hall etc etc. So finally she will go to her home and then few days I will feel absence of her. My papa also retired now. Life goes on :)

Next month i.e in may Bawa is coming to pune. There will be satsang with him and YES+ course. I am very much waiting for it now.

Pranayam Shibir with Guruji

In november 2007, there was pranayam shibir and satsang which Guruji himself took. I attended that 3 day shibir and satsang also. It was enchanting, there was so much rush of people but still there was a tremindous enthusiasm in the atmosphere. People from far places came to attend the shibir. That was the first time I saw Guruji from very close.

My First blog

This is my first blog, first of all I would like to give my namaskar to our Guruji, Sri Sri Ravishankarji.
this incident happned before few days, I was sleeping in the night and our neighbour was making a lot of noise, those guys are batchlors and their music system was disturbing the sleep of mine , in fact most of other families. After I lost my patience I woke up and told those guys in a very harsh words that I can do anything , better you behave properly . One of them was arroagant and came to literally fight with me. but others came in between.
Second day I felt that I used very rough language and very bad words to them and I thought I could have explained them in properly and in cool manner, so I said sorry to them but also told them you can do whatever you want but dont disturb others. and after that day till today they have not disturbed again.
This was a big learning for me , we can solve any problem in very cool way.
